What you can expect

tegos UK is looking to hire an Assistant to the Project Management team. We’re searching for a highly organised, proactive, and detailed oriented individual who thrives on helping teams work efficiently to achieve their goals.

Your responsibilities:

  • Work with a designated Project Manager to ensure that activities are delivered on time.
  • Attend and assist in external customer meetings.
  • Utilise internal management systems to reflect forecast & planning.
  • Support in the preparation of customer service & billing documentation. Ensure accuracy and professionalism throughout.
  • Overview of the project team’s time, and that it has been accurately recorded to match the task.
  • Opportunity to support in implementation of new internal systems.
  • Assist in management of post implementation customer life-cycle.
Your skill set
  • Some experience supporting individuals or teams.
  • Familiarity with tools like JIRA, SharePoint, MS Teams & Office is a bonus but in no way essential.
  • Previous experience supporting or delivering software/ERP projects is not an essential requirement, attitude and willingness to learn matter most!
  • You’re the kind of person who:
    • Takes pride in the details, whether that\'s making sure time sheets add up or that meeting invites go out with clear agendas.
    • You can be counted on to follow through with your commitments and deliver consistent, dependable work.
    • Can juggle multiple priorities.
