Job summary

WIBank is seeking an Assistant Project Co-ordinator in Lancashire to support the Delivery Manager in coordinating customer and third-party operations across low-complexity projects. You will work with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and issue resolution.

The role requires strong Microsoft Office skills, excellent communication, and a proven customer service track record. A full UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

  • Good understanding of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Communication skills to engage with customers and stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

  • Assist the Delivery Manager in identifying customer and third-party risks for lower complexity projects.
  • Develop Customer and Third-Party Action Plans with Environment & Sustainability teams.
  • Provide direction on ownership and resolution of customer contacts per SLAs and agreements.
  • Contribute to project reviews and monthly reports on customer/stakeholder management.
  • Build strong communication with the Area Engagement Lead.
  • Ensure all customer and Third-Party permissions are in place before start on site.
  • Undertake site visits to monitor project performance for customer/third-party activities.
  • Support other coordinators on more complex projects when needed.
