A leading construction firm is seeking a Project Improvement Assistant to deliver special projects and support continuous improvement across the organization. The role involves managing collaboration among teams, supporting project governance, and enhancing project strategies. Candidates should have project management qualifications and strong influencing skills. This position is full-time and based in London.

The Project Improvement Assistant is responsible for the delivery of special projects and continuous improvement across the project, for example in process improvement, knowledge management and organisational development.
A key part of the role is providing governance support to the senior leadership team. The role will provide experience of working with teams right across the project and provide exposure to colleagues at all levels.
