Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Programme Manager to support delivery of a major infrastructure programme within a highly regulated environment. The role involves governance, risk management and long-term planning, working with stakeholders to maintain controls and shape future requirements.

Hybrid working arrangement (Home/Office/Site) and SC clearance are required. You will collaborate across teams to manage competing priorities and drive successful programme outcomes in a complex setting.

Qualifications

  • Experience within programme management, programme controls or governance environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications.
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Experience managing risks, actions, governance processes or programme reporting.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage competing priorities and work proactively with minimal supervision.
  • Experience within infrastructure, defence, engineering or other regulated environments would be advantageous.
