Job description

The post of Assistant Programme Administrator will be mainly supporting our Programme Administrator. That would be all admin support for medical students and Foundation Year 1 doctors in training at our Conquest Hospital site (1 wte).

Responsibilities
  • Assistance with organisation of the centralised teaching programme;
  • Induction support;
  • Sign‑posting of resident doctors;
  • Careers Evening support;
  • ARCP/sign‑off admin support;
  • Front of House involving AV/room set‑up/down;
  • LED doctors support;
  • Foundation Programme;
  • Clinical attachments and dealing with queries from resident doctors and LEDs.
