About the role

BBC Two’s Only Connect is looking for an assistant producer for a three‑month contract, based in Cardiff, from January to March 2026, with the potential for a longer‑term role in the future. The position will involve attending question meetings and team auditions, preparing briefing documents, liaising with key personnel, assisting with pre‑production tasks, and attending two blocks of studio recordings across the Cardiff office and studio.

Requirements

• Well‑read, organised, confident and capable of working independently between the office and studio locations.
• Good member of a quiz team.
