Sixth Form College Farnborough is seeking an Assistant Principal, Resources and Operations to join the College Senior Leadership Team. You will help drive strategic and operational management across IT, digital, estates, MIS, data, health and safety, and risk management, delivering a high-quality environment for students and staff.

In this role you will act as the designated College SLT Digital Lead, shaping the college's digital strategy and ensuring delivery against the DfE Digital Standards

Responsibilities

• Lead on IT, digital, estates, MIS, data, health and safety, risk management and compliance.
• Oversee the delivery of the College's digital strategy and AML standards in line with WMAT.
• Support strategic and operational objectives across resources and college operations.
