The post requires a proven track record in FE curriculum or quality improvement, a degree with professional experience, and a recognised teaching qualification.

Qualifications

• Experience leading curriculum and/or quality improvement within a further education environment.
• Degree plus demonstrable professional experience for the role and a recognised teaching qualification.
• Ability to inspire colleagues, raise standards and lead change across a college.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of a clear teaching, learning and assessment strategy across provision.
• Drive consistency and excellence during a period of growth with robust quality frameworks.
• Oversee Ofsted preparation, inspection processes and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with Writtle College and ARU leadership to share best practice.
