Friarage Community Academy in Scarborough is appointing an Assistant Principal to join the academy in November 2026 on a full-time, temporary basis. The post sits within the Senior Leadership Team and includes deputising for the Head of Academy when required.

You will lead by example as an outstanding classroom practitioner while monitoring provision, inclusion and pupil achievement across the academy, supporting the Head of Academy and the Delta Academies Trust leadership team.

Responsabilidades

• Lead as a highly effective classroom practitioner and model outstanding practice.
• Provide proactive support to the Head of Academy, Executive Principal and AAB members to ensure leadership and management operate effectively.
• Deputise for the Head of Academy in their absence.
• Monitor the provision, inclusion and achievement for all pupils.
