United Colleges Group is seeking an ambitious and outstanding candidate to join our teaching staff as Assistant Principal for Creative Industries and Digital. This full-time, permanent role is based primarily at Paddington, with travel to other sites as required. Salary £72,246 per annum (inc.

London Weighting). You will lead the Creative Industries and Digital curriculum, ensure high-quality teaching, learning and assessment, and drive improvement across achievement, attendance and progression.

Qualifications

• Be educated to degree level or equivalent.
• Have a recognised teaching qualification.
• Experience in continuous professional development and driving improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and develop a multi-site staff team (Curriculum Managers) to deliver high-quality teaching, learning and assessment across Creative Industries and Digital.
• Ensure curriculum delivery aligns with industry needs and progression opportunities.
• Drive improvements in achievement, attendance, retention, and progression through quality assurance and performance data.
