Required qualification: Foundation Degree in Healthcare Practice (Level 4).

Responsibilities
  • Support and care for those living in the community as part of the district nursing team.

  • Travel between patients' homes within towns and rural areas in a timely manner.

  • Essential: Foundation Degree in Healthcare Practice (Level 4).
  • Desirable: Ability to speak Welsh (Welsh or English speakers are equally welcome to apply).
