A healthcare provider in the UK is seeking an assistant practitioner to join their district nursing team in Ruthin. The successful candidate will support community members and provide various nursing duties. A Foundation Degree in Healthcare Practice (Level 4) is essential, and the ability to speak Welsh is advantageous. This role requires travel between patients' homes.
