• Understanding of practical construction sequencing.
• Some experience producing construction or pre-construction programmes.
• Ability to interpret drawings and construction information.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Confidence working with internal teams and clients.
• Practical, solutions-focused approach to planning.
• Genuine desire to develop a career in construction planning.

Responsibilities

• Producing practical construction and pre-construction programmes.
• Preparing programmes for tender and pre-construction submissions.
• Developing short-term and detailed programmes for construction activities.
• Producing straightforward programmes for activities such as scaffolding, site set-up and sequencing of works.
• Reviewing drawings, specifications and tender information to understand programme requirements.
• Working with estimating, commercial, design and operational teams.
• Updating programmes as projects and information develop.
• Identifying sequencing, access and programme considerations.
• Preparing clear programme information for clients.
• Attending meetings and confidently explaining programme logic and proposed sequencing.
• Supporting the wider planning team across multiple projects.
