Assistant Personal Shopper (French Speaking) – Overview

NET-A-PORTER is now seeking a talented Assistant Personal Shopper (French Speaking) to join the team.

Location & Reporting

Location: Our Westfield Office in Shepherd's Bush

Reporting into: Personal Shopping Assistant Manager

Responsibilities
  • Resolve all daily order issues, returns, stock discrepancies etc.
  • Provide a full customer service
  • Liaise with all relevant departments to resolve issues promptly and follow up until completion
  • Manage all aspects of administration for designated Personal Shoppers (x2)
  • Escalate complaints to the Personal Shopping Assistant Manager
  • Support the Personal Shopper to close sales
  • Help with creating dedicated emails for our customers with product images, product details, and pricing
  • Outline the service benefits to unengaged customers and make sure the Personal Shoppers follow up with an email/phone call
  • Create customer profiles for the team in order to offer the right product
  • Ad‑hoc stock search and check stock levels of key products
  • Help the Personal Shopper with stock requests for internal and external customers' appointments
  • Arrange samples to be sent to head office in Westfield and help with the setting up and clearing of our EIP fitting rooms
  • Organise and check stock for consignment deliveries to key customers
  • Assist with events set up, participation and take down
  • Process orders, pre‑orders and reservations of product when needed
  • Look after a Personal Shopper's customers when on holiday/absent
  • Customers list admin maintenance
Qualifications & Attributes
  • A flexible, positive and a keen team player
  • Previous experience in a sales environment
  • Strong interest in Fashion
  • Passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • The aptitude to go above and beyond at all times, for both internal and external customers
  • Exceptional communication skills are essential
  • Proficiency in building positive and influential internal relationships with other teams, to ensure support with prompt resolution of issues
  • Regular glowing customer feedback
