Avanti is seeking a proactive Assistant People Business Partner to join their multi-academy trust. This role involves partnering with management to deliver strategic people solutions while enhancing staff engagement and wellbeing. The ideal candidate will have HR experience and a commitment to safeguarding students.
Please Note: This role is fixed term for 12 months, with a possibility of extension. We are seeking candidates who are available to start immediately.

We are looking for a proactive and collaborative Assistant People Business Partner to join our multi-academy trust.
In this exciting role, you will partner with management to support the People Business Partner in delivering a high-quality business partnering service to your schools/areas. This role will support in delivering strategic people solutions, supporting cultural transformation, and leading key projects that enhance staff engagement and wellbeing.
