Portfolio Payroll is partnering with a growing business to recruit an Assistant Payroll Manager. You will support the Payroll Manager, manage a portfolio of client payrolls, and drive a culture of continuous improvement and accuracy across processes.

You will act as payroll SME, handle escalated queries, ensure compliance and controls, and contribute to a first-class service for a broad client base across the UK.

• Experience delivering end-to-end payroll services for multiple clients.
• Ability to act as payroll SME and resolve escalations.
• Experience driving continuous improvement and customer-centric culture.
