Salary: £32,500 per annum plus benefits

About the role:

As part of the Operations team, you will be responsible for delivering all food and drinks services across the campus. This involves managing a team at high-profile events within our retail, hospitality, and restaurant sectors. The role emphasizes planning, presentation, and service excellence to ensure standards are met and operations continue to evolve technologically and operationally.

Responsibilities:

• Foster strong relationships with venue clients through daily communication to ensure seamless operations.
• Oversee high-quality food and beverage service delivery, maintaining exceptional standards.
• Motivate and inspire team members, adapting to client and customer needs.
• Promote CSR, sustainability, equality, and diversity initiatives.
• Manage ordering, delivery schedules, and venue readiness for events.
• Drive sales and control costs by increasing spend per head and minimizing wastage.
• Support recruitment, training, and performance management to build a motivated and inclusive team.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, hygiene, and profit protection standards.
