The industry is fully export oriented and known for its various units, Spinning, Yarn Dying, Weaving & Fabric Dyeing and Finishing, more than 5,000 employees. Spinning unit consists of reputed brands of machineries like Reiter, Zinser, Schlaforst-Autocone, Autocore, Uster-Lab. Weaving unit is fully automated with state of the art machineries, like Picanol- Omni Plus 800, Airjet Looms with quick style change, Karl Mayer- High Performance Sizing and Sectional Warpers, Stauble Automatic Drawing- in System, CCI-Automatic Sampling Loom & Yarn Dying unit consists of high class machineries like SSM (Swiss) Soft Winding and Re‑Winding machines, Gofront Stalem and Galvanim.

Now, we are seeking a dynamic & energetic person to join us as Assistant Officer/Officer (Payment Compliance).

Responsibilities
  • Verify all transport-related expenses, including fuel, maintenance, and logistics, ensuring proper documentation and adherence to company policies along with challan.
  • Check and validate vendor's payments, distribution costs, including delivery expenses, and inventory movement, ensuring proper compliance with financial protocols.
  • Audit and verify the accuracy of sales incentives of marketing personnel & distributors, ensuring proper calculation, approval, and documentation for payments to sales teams through management approval.
  • Ensure the accurate verification of Travel and Daily Allowances (TADA) for employees, including validation of travel claims, receipts, and compliance with company policies.
  • Cross-check and reconcile all invoices, bills, and payments records related to transport, distribution, sales incentives, and TADA, identifying discrepancies and ensuring proper approvals along with Company policy & SOP.
  • Identify potential financial risks, ensure compliance with company policies, and work with departments to enhance internal controls and prevent fraud.
  • Any other tasks or responsibilities assigned by the supervisor must be carried out promptly and efficiently, regardless of location or time, as per the needs of the organization.
