Responsibilities

  • Handling email and call enquiries including taking bookings.
  • Administering C4Kids and Pebble Platforms.
  • Take party bookings, prep admin boxes and party bags.
  • Book weekend locations for each term via the appropriate platform or venue contact.
  • Prep weekend admin boxes.
  • Create daily registers for ASCs and Camps.
  • Support debt management processes for ASCs and Camps.
  • Clothing stock control liaising with departments.
  • Provide weekly attendance returns for WAC, ASC, Weekends.
  • Ad hoc tasks as required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Handling email and call enquiries including taking bookings
  • Administering C4Kids and Pebble Platforms
  • Take party bookings, prep admin boxes and party bags.
  • Book weekend locations for each term via the appropriate platform or venue contact
  • Prep weekend admin boxes
  • Create daily registers for ASCs and Camps
  • Support debt management processes for ASCs and Camps, ensuring timely follow-ups and escalations when necessary.
  • Clothing stock control liaising with departments to meet requirements
  • Provide weekly attendance returns for WAC, ASC, Weekends (including conversion table) and post Camp
  • Ad hoc tasks as when required
