Key Responsibilities
- Handling email and call enquiries including taking bookings
- Administering C4Kids and Pebble Platforms
- Take party bookings, prep admin boxes and party bags.
- Book weekend locations for each term via the appropriate platform or venue contact
- Prep weekend admin boxes
- Create daily registers for ASCs and Camps
- Support debt management processes for ASCs and Camps, ensuring timely follow-ups and escalations when necessary.
- Clothing stock control liaising with departments to meet requirements
- Provide weekly attendance returns for WAC, ASC, Weekends (including conversion table) and post Camp
- Ad hoc tasks as when required
