A local community academy trust in Shrewsbury is looking for an Assistant Nursery Manager to support day-to-day operations and create a nurturing environment. Assistant Nursery Manager

Location: Grange Park Primary School

Working Pattern: Term time plus one week – 37 hours per week, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 08:15 – 16:00. Tuesday 08:00 – 16:30. 30‑minute unpaid lunch break.

Contract: Permanent

Salary: Scale 5 NJC point 12 to point 17 (£28,598 - £31,022; £24,812 - £26,921 actual)

Disclosure level: Enhanced

Start date: As soon as possible (subject to safer recruitment checks)

We are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic Assistant Nursery Manager to join our happy, hardworking team at Grange Park. The role is part of a growing Multi Academy Trust and will support the Nursery Manager with all aspects of the day‑to‑day running of the nursery, ensuring a safe, welcoming, and positive environment, culture, and ethos for children, parents, carers, and all nursery and school staff.

Responsibilities include:
