Overview

Do you have strong background in Front of House or Reception operations but prefer working the night shift? As Assistant Night Manager you will deputise in the absence of the Night Manager, making decisions and solving problems. Your role will include running night audit, health and safety checks, night security walks and dealing all guests requests. Great communication skills are required as detailed handovers are required for the incoming shift and Duty Manager as are excellent customer service skills.
