Job summary

Drillmar Resources is recruiting an Assistant Mechanic for an upcoming ad-hoc assignment onboard a jack-up in the North Sea, UK Sector, commencing 6 October 2026.

Candidates must have previous operational offshore experience in the role and hold OPITO Survival (BOSIET/FOET) & CA-EBS Training, OPITO MIST, OGUK Medical & Bideltoid Measurements, and Mechanical Qualifications or Apprenticeship.

Qualifications

• Must hold OPITO Survival (BOSIET/FOET) & CA-EBS Training.
• Must hold OPITO MIST certification.
• Must have OGUK Medical & Bideltoid measurements.
• Must have Mechanical Qualifications or an Apprenticeship.

Responsibilities

• Assist as an offshore Mechanic on a jack-up in the North Sea.
• Engage in ad-hoc maintenance tasks during offshore assignment commencing 6 October 2026.

Candidates MUST have previous operational experience in the above role working offshore to be considered for any vacancies and be in possession of the following essential certification:-

• OPITO Survival (BOSIET / FOET) & CA-EBS Training.
• OPITO Minimum Industry Safety Training (MIST).
• OGUK Medical & Bideltoid Measurements.
• MechanicalQualifications / Apprenticeship.
