• 3–5 years’ experience in marketing, agency, or client-services environment.
• Strong understanding of digital, content, and campaigns fundamentals.
• Experience in an agency or multi-client environment is highly desirable.
• Exposure to healthcare or regulated industries is an advantage, but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end delivery of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and print.
• Assist in managing timelines, deliverables, and outputs across multiple clients.
• Ensure activity aligns with client objectives, briefs, and brand strategy.
• Collaborate with Client Leads, Project Managers, creatives and content specialists for seamless execution.
• Contribute to a collaborative agency environment and alignment across workstreams.
• Assist Client Lead/Manager in day-to-day client communication with responsiveness and professionalism.
• Support preparation of presentations, reports, and campaign updates.
• Build strong relationships with internal teams and clients.
