As part of a close-knit team, our mission is to drive greater awareness and visibility of our competitive offering as whole, and on an individual service level. You will be working with your manager, and in time, independently with stakeholders, to help shape the brand marketing support and campaign strategies for healthcare services brands across different categories and channels. You'll need to be a dab hand at creating assets, guidelines and making sure this comes to life correctly in each customer‑facing touchpoint. You will be working with the wider internal marketing teams, insights teams and design agencies, creating assets to drive the awareness of online and in‑store health services, ranging from POS, CRM, web content and social strategies to increase share of voice across our owned channels.
Your key focusses will be to drive and coordinate POS materials in line with Superdrug's wider event plans, and fully own our social assets and social campaigns, ensuring best in class creative is maintained. We often use influencers or our own staff members to help create new social content, so a passion for social trends and awareness of process would be helpful.
Being adaptable is key; and quick‑thinking to support broader Healthcare projects that may be more reactional/ adhoc, in support of strengthening overall Superdrug health offer. Select and apply appropriate primary and secondary research methods including survey tools and desktop research, to gather marketing insight or evaluation, and help to inform marketing decisions, with meticulous planning and delivery.
Alongside keeping projects moving at pace, you'll need to be a natural at maintaining effective day to day relationships and communication between the marketing function and internal and external stakeholders to support marketing activities. This role requires someone to be a natural communicator, supporting our Buyers, Suppliers, Agencies and colleagues in stores. You will also work with the Marketing Manager, Own Brand marketing and Healthcare Service teams to understand what opportunities within commercial and marketing are needed for priority projects.
Your manager will help you to own marketing activities independently through key project delivery, alongside typical BAU administrative tasks in support to the wider team role.
