Superdrug Head Office in Croydon is seeking an Assistant Shopper Marketing Manager to plan and coordinate the production and execution of customer-facing promotional material across UK and Ireland.
You will collaborate with Commercial, Own Brand, stores and external agencies to deliver engaging in-store promotions, manage POS production and ensure accurate communications while supporting the wider Marketing team.

Hours: 37.5 | 9.00am–5.30pm – Hybrid working available depending on role responsibilities, with 2 days working from home and 3 days in our stylish, modern and collaborative office close to East Croydon Station.

As Assistant Shopper Marketing Manager, you will plan and coordinate the production and execution of customer-facing promotional material across Superdrug stores in the UK and Ireland.
Bring previous experience from a fast-paced marketing, operational, visual merchandising, retail or point-of-sale agency environment.
Demonstrate an understanding of in-store marketing, point-of-sale material and fixtures, as this is not a digital marketing role.
Have excellent communication, organisation and attention-to-detail skills.
Be confident, energetic and able to work to deadlines while prioritising a busy workload.
Be proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused, with the ability to work independently.
Have basic financial knowledge and excellent PC skills.
Ideally have previous people-management experience or a natural ability to nurture and develop others.
Hold a marketing degree or have equivalent relevant experience.
