Overview

Blue Legal are partnering with a leading accountancy and business advisory firm who are recruiting for an Assistant Marketing Manager to join their London office, on a 12 month FTC basis. The role involves supporting the firm’s largest business line, in shaping, driving and implementing business development and marketing activity. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys team leadership and is both comfortable working proactively and managing workloads, as well as being confident when collaborating with others and communicating regularly with directors, managers and partners to help businesses effectively.

Responsibilities
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of the group’s market landscape, service portfolio, and competitors to inform strategic marketing efforts.
  • Partner with stakeholders and internal teams to design and implement market entry strategies, campaigns, and growth programmes across sectors and geographies.
  • Take the lead in promoting the use of digital tools, CRM platforms, and self-service resources to boost campaign effectiveness, data accuracy, and return on investment.
  • Plan and deliver key events, thought leadership content, and distribute marketing materials across the firm’s channels, including the website and social media.
  • Ensure the consistency and quality of marketing and BD assets, support client targeting efforts, and provide updates and insights to enhance performance.
  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leadership, providing practical, forward-thinking solutions to marketing and business development challenges.
Qualifications
  • Strong background in marketing, with hands-on experience across integrated campaigns, digital platforms, social media, and CRM optimisation.
  • Solid understanding of business development practices, including client feedback processes, key account planning, and campaign follow-up.
  • Excellent project management abilities and the confidence to influence and advise senior stakeholders.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to juggle multiple priorities while delivering results in a professional services setting.
