Assistant Marketing and Campaigns Optimisation Manager
Up to £48,000 plus great benefits (Work Level 6A)
Location: Manchester/Scunthorpe (hybrid working – typically two to three days per week spent across our Manchester and Scunthorpe offices, with at least one day each week based in Scunthorpe)

Co-op Wholesale is growing, and we’re looking for people who want to help shape what comes next. As an Assistant Marketing and Campaigns Optimisation Manager in our brand-new Customer Experience team, you’ll play a big part in making sure our campaigns hit the mark.

In this role, you’ll put data at the heart of your decision-making, helping us to target the right people with the right messages. Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll make sure our content connects with customers and serves their needs.

What you’ll do
  • Use data to develop and deliver segmentation and targeting strategies that improve marketing campaign performance
  • Analyse customer behaviour, engagement, and commercial outcomes to optimise how and where we market
  • Work with commercial, insights, digital, and central operations teams to align campaign strategy
  • Review CRM data and onboarding flows to make sure segmentation is accurate
  • Track campaign performance and spot opportunities to improve
  • Help plan and deliver marketing and communications campaigns that drive engagement
  • Champion data-led decision-making across the Customer Experience team
