Admiral Slots is seeking an Assistant Manager for our venues in the UK. You will support the venue manager in daily operations and act in their absence, coordinating with area management to uphold high professional standards.
With at least 3 years in customer service and some supervisory or management experience, you will delegate tasks, drive business during peak times, handle cash as a key holder, and promote our games and offers while delivering excellent service to players.
Our Assistant Managers are an essential part of our team. Supporting the manager in the day to day running of a venue you will also be acting venue manager in their absence (such as annual leave), and therefore may also be closely communicating with our area management team to ensure the venue is held to our high and professional standards. As always, we would need you to have excellent customer service skills, with a minimum of 3 years customer service experience and a year in a supervisory or management role also preferred!
