Yard Sale Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager in London to support the General Manager and run shifts when needed. You will lead a busy team, ensure top service and food safety, and help with weekly reports, shop orders and staff development.

The role offers a 40-hour contract, a competitive base up to £30,000 with a strong bonus scheme and extensive staff benefits. A clear path to General Manager progression is highlighted.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience as Assistant Manager in a fast-paced casual dining setting.
• Strong knowledge of food hygiene and health and safety procedures.
• Energetic, people-centric leadership style with strong interpersonal skills.

• Assisting with weekly reports, shop orders and team appraisals and development.
  Someone who has at least one years' experience as an Assistant Manager, ideally within a fast-paced, casual dining setting.
• Someone who has great knowledge of both food hygiene and health and safety procedures.
• An enthusiastic team leader and motivator who is a real people person with exceptional interpersonal skills.
• It would be advantageous if you have previously worked within a takeaway setting.
• An ambitious individual who would love to progress to a General Manager in the near future!
  Yard Sale Pizza fired up the oven in 2014, starting with weekly supper clubs from our backyard in Hackney. We now offer delivery, dine-in and takeaway in 17 of our favourite neighbourhoods. Known for our collaborations, we've teamed up with illustrators, musicians, international chefs & local eateries- all on the quest for the perfect pie!

In return you will receive a competitive base salary up to 30,000 per annum plus a generous bonus and excellent benefits! 28,500 - 30,000 OTE - 33,000
