Job summary

Casco Lounge is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to lead daily operations, coaching the team, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. You’ll drive end-to-end shift coverage, from opening to closing, handle customer feedback and complaints, and support recruitment.

• Be a visible, welcoming host on the floor and enhance Casco Lounge’s reputation as the go-to local spot.
