Job description
JOB PURPOSE

The Assistant Manager will lead the flow of orders during market, working closely with Global Sourcing, Supply Chain Analytics, and Global Customer Operations to align the market orderbook with the production plan.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead order flow alignment during market with Global Sourcing, Supply Chain Analytics, and Customer Operations.
  • Manage weekly PO allocation and hub-to-hub stock movements to support global product availability.
  • Oversee replenishment procurement cycles and act as main contact for system uploads and SPI tool integrity.
  • Coordinate Free Trade Agreement shipments to reduce duty costs.
  • Maintain retime reports and ensure timely updates on delayed or expedited materials.
  • Supervise a team of 3 coordinators across RTW and H2H functions.
PERSONAL PROFILE
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in logistics or supply chain
  • Strong Excel and SAP (AFS/IS Retail) skills
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Excellent numerical, communication, and interpersonal skills
