  • Coordinate with the US Transactions team to ensure complete, accurate, and timely deal documents, legal entity information, funding flows, completion accounts, advisor support, and other information needed to execute transactions.
  • Prepare or lead the preparation of technical accounting memos and transaction summaries for acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, joint ventures, and other strategic investment activity.
  • Review transaction‑related journal entries prepared by the US team for UK statutory compliance, technical accuracy, and consistency with executed legal agreements and step plans.
  • Prepare or support the preparation of complex transaction entries, including US GAAP adjustments, UK statutory entries, purchase accounting, restructuring entries, and other investment activity as needed.
  • Collaborate with local teams and external advisors on deal advisory, statutory reporting implications, post‑close workstreams, and other transaction‑related requirements.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to accounting staff and senior accountants as needed.
