You will lead a team to ensure high-quality repairs and maintenance services, focusing on customer satisfaction. An excellent opportunity has arisen for a motivated and experienced Assistant Manager (Estates, Property and Maintenance Services) to join the Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) of a highly successful organisation based centrally in Medway Towns. The role is at first on a 3 month contract which will be reviewed at the end of the period.

This is a vital role, where you will lead and assist in managing a team of skilled Operatives responsible for repairing and maintaining the organisation\'s housing stock and estate areas. You\'ll make sure customers receive a high-quality, right-first-time service - every time.
Working closely with Delivery Managers, you\'ll take ownership of operational performance, ensuring safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction are uppermost.
