Join a collaborative Private Clients team within a leading global business as a Senior Administrator or Assistant Manager. This position combines hands-on trust and company administration with the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing success of a well-respected organisation.

Location
Duties for this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Administering a portfolio of trusts and companies in accordance with service agreements and regulatory requirements.
  • Preparing minutes, resolutions, meeting notes, and client documentation.
  • Maintaining accurate statutory records and internal systems.
  • Managing billing, debtor collection, and fee reviews in a timely manner.
  • Liaising with lawyers, accountants, banks, and advisors on client matters.
  • Coordinating with the Accounts team to ensure ledgers and financial statements are accurate and up to date.
  • Reviewing compliance review points and ensuring completion within set deadlines.
  • Supporting annual tax filings, AEOI reporting, and other statutory submissions.
  • Assisting with team management, including task delegation and review of work completed by others.
  • Staying informed of legislative changes and industry developments relevant to private client structures.
  • Deputising for management as required to maintain workflow and client service standards.
Skills / Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in trust and company administration within a regulated environment, with strong technical knowledge and excellent client relationship skills. They will hold or be studying towards a relevant qualification such as STEP or CGI and demonstrate strong organisational ability and attention to detail. The successful applicant will be proactive, professional, and confident liaising with clients and intermediaries. Strong IT proficiency, a collaborative approach, and a commitment to delivering high-quality client service are key.
