As we continue to grow, we are looking for a skilled and adaptable People Operations Project Support professional to join our innovative People team as we implement transformational process improvements.
Reporting to the People Operations Transformation Lead (POTL), you will play a pivotal part in supporting the implementation of a new People Information System alongside other People initiatives and projects, optimising technology to deliver efficient and effective People processes and support to underpin the strategic objectives of the business. You will assist in all project related activities, including project requirements and design workshops, process mapping and documentation, test script preparation, developing training materials and supporting with training delivery, alongside general project activity coordination while liaising with stakeholders across the organisation.
Your contributions will help drive efficiencies, enhance the employee experience, and improve global People operations. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, has a keen interest in HR processes, technology and project management, and possesses strong analytical and communication skills.
