Job description
Assistant Manager, OTC Products Operations

Execute and monitor daily settlement and operations relating to Fixed Income products including Bond, Repo, CDS etc.

FX, OTC Options, Funds, TRS, Portfolio Swap and Structured Products operation support is required when necessary.

Handle DCM new issuance settlement and related business support.

Handle and monitor daily bond corporate action (e.g. Coupon, Early Redemption, Put Option, Default etc).

Process and check Clearstream & Euroclear instructions, and monitor fail settlement and exceptions.

Perform trade and position reconciliation.

Liaise with internal stakeholders, internal auditors, and counterparties.

Assist in ad‑hoc project(s) when assigned.

Job Requirements

University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or related discipline.

Solid experience in the operations and settlement of Bonds, Repo and CDS. FX, OTC Options, Funds, TRS, Portfolio Swap and Structured Products knowledge is a plus.

Good experience with settlement system such as Euroclear, Clearstream and CMU.

3 years’ experience in OTC products operations.

Familiar with SFC regulatory requirements and compliance.

High proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including fluency of Putonghua).

Strong commitment, drive, willingness to learn, strong analytical, numerical, interpersonal and communication skills.

Knowledgeable in using Python, VBA, SQL will be an advantage.
