This is an exciting opportunity to join our new opening and become part of one of the most successful restaurant groups in the UK.

Lounges are special places, made so by the brilliant people who run them. As Assistant Manager, you'll support the General Manager in maintaining that excellence across the team, delivering great shifts to ensure every customer leaves happy. You'll support daily operations, including rotas, team engagement, and customer feedback. Your standards will be high, but your approach will be unique to you. You'll do it your way. Brilliant!

Your role involves driving sales, team retention, training, customer service, and maintaining high standards. You aim for your Lounge to be the go-to place for the local community. This role is challenging but rewarding if you are confident and proactive.

• Experience as an Assistant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Supervisor in restaurants, bars, cafés, or coffee shops
• Experience in a bar environment with food and drinks service
• A passion for hospitality and people management skills
• Driven and resilient in overcoming challenges
• Good literacy, attention to detail, and reporting skills
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build trust
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure
• Knowledge of sales building, forecasting, HR, and NPS practices
