Savers in Cranleigh is recruiting an Assistant Manager to join the team. You’ll lead store operations, coach colleagues, and help deliver strong sales while building a welcoming environment.

The role is 39 hours per week, full-time with flexible shifts across mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends, and a salary of £31,600 per annum plus a generous bonus scheme. You’ll engage with the local community, support career progression, and benefit from holiday entitlement and health initiatives
