A leading hospitality company in London is looking for an Assistant Manager for their restaurant. You will lead daily operations, ensure exceptional guest experiences, and support a dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills and experience in high-quality restaurant environments. Salary: 35,000-40,000 per annum
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, 5 over 7

Create staff schedules, manage shifts, and assist with recruiting, onboarding, and training employees to ensure high performance.
Motivate the team, lead by example, and handle employee issues or conflicts as they arise.
Conduct pre‑shift briefings and ensure front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house teams work together harmoniously.
Manage all aspects of the day‑to‑day running of the restaurant, including opening and closing procedures and ensuring a professional atmosphere.
Ensure excellent customer service, handle customer complaints or issues promptly and resolve problems to guarantee guest satisfaction.
Work with the kitchen to monitor food quality, presentation and preparation.
Manage inventory levels, conduct stock checks and place orders for food and beverages with suppliers.
Handle cash responsibly, monitor sales performance, and manage budgets.
