Job summary

Harvester at Oakmere is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in daily operations, coaching and motivating the team, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience.

You will lead service during busy shifts, develop talent, and act as Duty Manager when the GM is away. The role offers strong progression, broad staff discounts, pension and other benefits through Mitchells & Butlers.

Qualifications

• Proven management experience in hospitality or a similar setting.
• Ability to train and inspire a team to deliver great guest experiences.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day operations and act as Duty Manager when needed.
• Train and motivate the team to deliver food, drink and service to a high standard.
• Be a role model and guide development within the team.
• Lead the team to create moments that WOW guests and encourage repeat visits.
