Job summary

Greene King is looking for an Assistant Manager at one of our busy pubs in the community. You’ll lead by example, supporting the General Manager and ensuring customers and teams have a great time from the moment they walk in.

You’ll develop and motivate the team, uphold brand standards and safety, and help deliver outstanding experiences for every guest. Strong English, leadership and customer service are essential, with opportunities for training and progression.

Qualifications

• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely and understand allergen controls.

Responsibilities

• Support the General Manager in day-to-day running of the business and lead in their absence.
• Lead the team to deliver amazing customer experiences and bring the brand to life.
• Act as a role model and support training and development.
