Kwik Fit is seeking an Assistant Manager in Birmingham to help run a busy centre and develop your managerial skills from day one. You’ll support the Centre Manager, coach the team and ensure top-quality customer service while keeping our customers safe on the road.

You’ll be expected to demonstrate initiative, accountability and a proactive approach to leadership, with a clear pathway to running your own Kwik Fit Centre when the opportunity arises.

Qualifications

• Ambitious about delivering great service and leading a team.
• Experience in auto servicing or fast-fit roles preferred.
• Willingness to develop management behaviours and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Run all aspects of Centre business and support the Centre Manager.
