Mitchells & Butlers PLC in Little Burstead is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager and lead the team in delivering exceptional guest experiences. You will mentor staff, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and act as Duty Manager in the manager's absence.

The role emphasises delivering high standards of service, coaching staff, and maintaining a welcoming, premium pub environment in a busy location. Previous managerial hospitality experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Use your management experience to support the General Manager in the day to day running of the business, being the Duty Manager when they are not around.
• Use your communication skills to train and inspire your team to deliver food, drink, and service to be proud of.
• Be the role model and guide development within your team.
