Job summary

Pret a Manger is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in running the shop and leading the team. You will coach colleagues, maintain food quality, and uphold Pret's high standards while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Whether overseeing front of house or kitchen duties, you will drive performance, mentor staff, and ensure our products and service reflect Pret's renowned standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail, hospitality, food production or other fast-paced customer-focused environment.
• Ability to lead and inspire a team, drive performance and maintain high standards.

• The starting salary for this role is £34,654 with a discretionary 15% quarterly bonus.
• You'll get 33 days of annual leave (including flexible Bank Holidays), increasing to 38 days the longer you're with us.
