Location: Chatham, Kent (Travel between sites required; driving license essential)

Hours: 37 hours per week
Salary: From £32,900 per annum
We are recruiting an Assistant Manager for our Wastewater division to support Asset Maintenance and Standards operations. You will be responsible for updating internal systems, tracking works, training records, hazards, and store audits. You will also attend compliance meetings, input pollution reports, and ensure maintenance standards are met.
Ideal candidates will have a strong technical and operational background, with a focus on health, safety, and environmental impact. Experience in electrical or mechanical trades within a regulated environment is essential. Knowledge of wastewater treatment is highly desirable, but a proven operational background with a track record of meeting safety and environmental targets is acceptable.
