Assistant managerrequired for Modern Mediterranean café/restaurant for a new opening in south Kensington

Aassistant manager to support the managerrequired to manage a smallcafé/restaurant in central London

You will be a great manager, hands on and a good communicator.

You must have a passion for great well sourced ingredients and cooking with the seasons

Attractive working hours, 5 days in 7 and a great opportunity to grow and develop with an expanding group. A competitive salary is available based on experience

Experience managing and motivating a small team are essential and you will be responsible for ordering, rotas, wage cost, GP and health and safety. Experience in FnB manager and Fourth would be good but training can be given.

We are looking for someone with a can do attitude, approachable, hard working and passionate and with a desire to build and lead a great team
