Assistant Manager - Premium Living Residence

The Opportunity

We're looking for a dynamic, hands-on Assistant Manager to take charge of the day-to-day operations of a modern premium city-centre residence.

This role blends hospitality, property management and community building - giving you the autonomy to truly make your mark.

You'll lead a team of concierge and housekeeping professionals, ensuring residents enjoy a seamless living experience from the moment they move in. From maintaining high operational standards to creating engaging resident events, you'll be at the heart of a thriving community.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Take full ownership of the daily running of the building - ensuring a safe, smooth and first-class operation.
  • Lead, motivate and manage your concierge and housekeeping team, ensuring exceptional service at all times.
  • Deliver a warm, professional welcome for residents and guests, handling move-ins, inspections and paperwork efficiently.
  • Maintain the building to premium standards - managing maintenance, compliance and health & safety checks.
  • Support and oversee events, pop-ups and community activities that enhance resident engagement.
  • Manage budgets, rotas and supplier relationships to ensure smooth, cost-effective operations.
  • Uphold brand and service standards with regular audits and staff training.
About You
  • From a hotel, PBSA or Build-to-Rent background, or another high-end, customer-focused operational role.
  • Passionate about service, presentation and resident experience.
  • A confident leader with strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Detail-driven, proactive and comfortable managing people and processes simultaneously.
  • Tech-savvy and commercially aware - with the ability to manage budgets and report performance.

  • 42.5-hour week - (shifts: 6AM-3PM | 7AM-4PM | 11AM-8PM | 12PM-9PM) with only 1 in 5 weekends
