What You'll Do
- Lead and inspire the front-of-house team to deliver friendly, attentive, and personalised service
- Ensure every guest enjoys a flawless dining experience from start to finish
- Maintain the highest standards of hospitality, atmosphere, and presentation
- Work closely with the General Manager to keep operations smooth and efficient
- Coach your team on service skills, upselling, and guest engagement
- Handle customer feedback with professionalism and a solution-focused mindset
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years' experience in hospitality leadership with a customer service focus
- A natural leader who motivates and empowers others
- Detail-oriented with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Calm under pressure, proactive, and hands-on
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
