You will mentor colleagues to reach their potential, uphold high standards, and help drive a welcoming, fun, and guest‑focused culture.

Qualifications

• Minimum management experience in hospitality or catering.
• Able to train and inspire the team to deliver great service.
• Ability to mentor and develop team members.

• Act as role model and guide development within the team.
