Qualifications

• Previous experience at Assistant Manager level is essential.

• Lead the team to deliver outstanding service.
• Coach and guide new team members.
• Manage cash and stock control end-to-end.
• Handle bookings and events, rota planning, cellar management, and deputise for the manager.
